Artist account taken over by other artist

Hey, I found that one artist has taken over account of the other artist that I used to listen and deleted all library of the artist.

This used to be page for the old Polish blues band which is inactive. Here's the Wikipedia page of the band.

However some other artist from UK has taken over it and deleted the library and started posting his own stuff.  You still can see old songs in the popular section. Is there any way to report it to Spotify to fix that issue?
