Audio book not in catalogue anymore not playing despite message that I have extra time to finish

My Question or Issue
I have looked and my listening hours have just refreshed. the audiobook will start playing for 1 second then pause again over and over. have refreshed the app and no change. Same error occurs on my iphone, windows browser and macbook pro. It states under the title that I have until 25th May to finish listening.
I am able to successfully play other audio books
