My Question or Issue

I have looked and my listening hours have just refreshed. the audiobook will start playing for 1 second then pause again over and over. have refreshed the app and no change. Same error occurs on my iphone, windows browser and macbook pro. It states under the title that I have until 25th May to finish listening.

I am able to successfully play other audio books

Despite receiving a message confirming availability, an audiobook no longer appearing in the catalogue may be due to licensing changes or technical issues. Users encountering this problem should verify their subscription status, check for app updates, and contact customer support for assistance. @amm2024 - Just to check, do you notice any difference when using another internet connection? For example, if you're currently using WiFi, you can try with 4G/5G. Should you be using VPN, we recommend switching it off as it sometimes can cause performance issues with the app.

Also, could you double-check how much time you have left of the book you're having issues with? It would also be great if you could send us a video showing how things look from your end when you're trying to play the audiobook.

We'll keep an eye our for your reply.
