Ben Howard - Every Kingdom

Hello. I have a question about Ben Howard's album 'Every Kingdom'. 

It's not available on Spotify in Holland, but it was available quite some time ago.

His second album 'I Forget Where We Were' is available, so I was wondering why his debut album got removed in Holland.

I've searched for similar reports and I've found that Austria is dealing with the same problem (last year).

I'm guessing it's a licence thing, but I'd like that confirmed. Because I'm a big fan and I'd really like to have it on Spotify (again).
