Hello the title says it all, can Burn by Tiësto be downloaded for offline listening?

Yes as long as two things are fulfilled, you are a premium subscriber, and none of the content is not unavailable to you meaning greyed out. If both points are fulfilled just add the content to a playlist, so you can select the offline option for those tracks within the playlist.

You can try adding the album to a playlist or to your collection and then you should be able to download it for offline use.
