Can someone joins a different family plan?

My Question or Issue

If I kick someone from family spotify premium plan can he join a different family plan because I kicked one of my cousin from spotify family plan and he is interested joining one other family plan from one of my uncles.
Is this possible? Can he join immediately after?

You can only switch from one Family plan to another once every 12 months, so it's possible that you won't be able to join your family's Premium for Family plan right away.
