Can’t access a specific artist’s content anymore

Can’t access a specific artist’s content anymore

Hi everyone,

I’ve been listening to a specific artist (called “Die drei ???”) almost every night to fall asleep. Recently, their artist page loads but shows no music or albums at all – it’s completely empty under “Music”. This is really frustrating since it’s a big part of my daily routine.

 

Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

 

  • Logged out and back in
  • Cleared cache
  • Reinstalled the app
  • Restarted my phone
  • Tested on a different device
  • My partner’s account on my phone can access the artist just fine, so the issue seems to be with my account specifically.

 

 

Plan: Premium

Country: Germany/Austria

Device: iPhone 11

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated – I really miss listening to them!

Hey @Antonina91, welcome to the Spotify Community! 🎵

 

It looks like you have tried most troubleshooting steps already, and this seems like an account-specific issue. I'd recommend creating a new account and transferring your library to that account.

 

You can also contact Spotify support and see if they can do it for you. Do note that this will reset all your stats since this will be a fresh start.
