Hi, welcome to the Spotify Community.
Spotify would love to have the worlds music on the platform but some agreements with Record Labels and artists cannot be reached. Unfortunately this means for the moment your song isn't currently available, however in the future it might reappear so keep an eye out!
Meanwhile you can contact the Record Label and ask for their music to be on Spotify
