I'd recommend you to clean reinstall Spotify. This can fix most of the issues found there.

Unless when it concerns a track unavailable in your country, most of time we can get this message "I can't play the current track" following a temporary (more or less short) problem of network connection. When this happens, if it lasts more than a few seconds, try to restart your router.
