Why my songs didn't play properly in web app and desktop app but in my android device works propely? Please Help me !

Hello @12152934200 & welcome to the Community!

That doesn't sound right.

I'd recommend you to clean reinstall Spotify. This can fix most of the issues found there.

 

Please follow the steps below:

  1. (In case you have the Spotify program open) Click File > Exit.
  2. Click Start then select Control Panel.
  3. Click Programs thenPrograms and Features.
  4. Select Spotify in the list and click Uninstall.
  5. Press the keys Windows+R simultaneously.
  6. Type in "%appdata%" (Without the quotes).
  7. Search for the Spotify folder and delete it.
  8. Go to http://www.spotify.com/download and reinstall Spotify.

it isn't work ;(, before posting here my concern i already do uninstalling but it wasn't solve my problem. ;(

Unless when it concerns a track unavailable in your country, most of time we can get this message "I can't play the current track" following a temporary (more or less short) problem of network connection. When this happens, if it lasts more than a few seconds, try to restart your router.

That happens to me sometimes too. Make sure your spotify is in the most updated version, and perhaps try synching your music offline. A common fix is deleting a song that doesn't play, then find the same song on a different album, and save that. That usually fixes any source issues. If that doesnt work, uninstall the app on your computer and clear any caches from it (search Spotify in your computer, under All Files on a Mac, should be similar on Windows) then reinstall and see. Hope that helps!!
