[Community][Playlists] Artists with the same names!

Hi,  I am getting tired of having artists I do not know or like pop up on my playlists, e.g. release radar, that have the same name as an artist I genuinely like. so far on this mornings release radar I have had Magnum, Creeper and Threshold all not the artist I follow but someone with the same name. If I friend request someone on Facebook I don't expect to see items in my news feed from everyone with the same name. How can you not differentiate between artists? This is a serious flaw for me and one that makes me reconsider the premium subscription I pay.
