Explicit Filter

Explicit Filter

I have removed explicit filter on one of my accounts from my family plan but it still does not allow me to play explicit content. How do I removed the filter from all my accounts?

Hey @canoj626

 

Check out this help article, it will guide you through how to turn the Family Plan explicit content filter off from the account wesbite, as well as the filter setting inside the app. Make sure both settings are turned off.

If you're still having trouble, try logging out of the account, and then log back into the account.
