How can I get more followers on my Up All Night Playlist

Hello, my friends tell me my playlist is the best rap/hip hop playlist and I have 97 followers but I belive that this playlist should have thousands of followers but there is no way I can get that by just talking to my friends. What other ways should I use to get more followers?
