How can i get the listening bar on my facebook?

i been trying to get this bar back for months. I had it once before. 

I am connected to facebook but i don't get the bar back can some one help me please?

I found that if you're viewing your own profile the listening bar doesn't show up. But when you click on the "View As" button on Facebook, or see your page from another friends FB, it shows up.
