How to - Keywords

Hi, I've searched through a some threads but I couldnt find what I was looking for. I'm creating playlists and want to add keywords in the name and song descriptions to make up the 100 and 300 character limit. Do I need to seperate each keyword or tag with a space or is it a comma and a space betwen each word please?
