How to upload and listen to recorded music(録音した音楽をアップロードして聴く方法)

I want to upload my recorded music to Spotify so I can listen to it, but I cannot upload it.
The website I checked says you can upload from a place called New Episode, but I couldn't find anything like that. It was not in the settings etc. (see picture). I tried to send directly from the file, but could not; converting to MP3 was impossible.
I am using the web version on my iPad. I would like to know if it is possible to do this with the web version. By the way, I cannot use the app version. If it can be done, it would be helpful if you could provide details on how to do it. Best regards.

Unfortunately, the Local Files feature can only be used through the apps. You can find some more info about it at https://support.spotify.com/article/local-files/.
