Do you get a specific error message when trying to view the playlist? If yes, then feel free to send over a screenshot of it so we can take a closer look.
We were actually able to view and play it on our end, so it's possible that the playlist author has blocked your profile, which is preventing you from viewing it. You can ask them to unblock your profile, which should allow you to access the playlist. More info on how this is done can be found here.
