I cant find the playlist that I liked but chose to hide from profile.regret

I only remember the playlist being one with no title, with a cover picture with no background. I do clearly remember what the cover pic looked like...
but since there is no option of image search in Spotify, i cant find the playlist now. It is very hard to find it because it doesn't have a title. please help me find it .
