I’m having trouble seeing the episode. I can only hear it.

Hey, Thanks for reaching out to the community!

You can go to your Spotify app settings > Video Podcasts > turn on Audio Streaming Only . Restart the app and turn this setting off again and see if videos start playing.

If that doesn't help, create a new free account for testing purposes and see if podcast videos play on it. That way you can test whether the issue is account related or device related.
