I made a song unplayable, how do I make it replayable?

I made a song unplayable, how do I make it replayable?

I had a queue from my iPad connect to my iPhone, but I wasn’t in th mood to listen to those songs, so instead of skipping them I made them unplayable. They’re from an album and even though the song is in my queue, those four songs won’t play, they’ll just be skipped. How do I undo my dumb mistake?

Hey there! We all make mistakes, so don't beat yourself up!

To undo, make sure “show unplayable tracks” is switched on. You mentioned you were on iOS, so:

  1. Tap  then
  2. Under Playback, switch Hide unplayable tracks off.

Then, go back to the playlist and tap  again. Your song is no longer hidden.

I hope I was able to help, for more info check out this article!

Let me know how it goes 🙂

I can see the songs now, but when I add them to my queue, Spotify skips them and plays the next song in my queue. How can I actually hear these songs?

Just going to throw out a bunch of potential fixes:
-Try restarting the app
-Make sure the app is fully updated
-Restart your phone then try
-Logging out of your account then back in

Hopefully one of these works! Let me know!

Hi @lizzietheloner

If you previosly blocked a song with this button   while listening to playlists like Daily Mix, Discover Weekly, etc. it's currently not possible to unblock them. However, they should be blocked only on a playlist you blocked them.

If you will listen to that song and like it, the Spotify algorithm might recognize it and that song might be back on those playlists.
