Is there a work around automate import of episode show art on wordpress RSS

The wordpress RSS feed for podcasts imported all the show art for episodes that had been migrated from libsyn to spotify. BUT although it imports the embed player with the show art and all the other content, it does not import the show art. Spotify tech support said it was not supported to send content to web pages and it all had to be done manually. This seems antiquated as every other platform sends show art with the RSS Feed, and Spotify does send show episode art to all the other players -- apple pod, youtube music, that display show art.
