Thanks for reaching out! Hope you don't mind us replying in English, as it's the official language on the Community.

 

Just to confirm, does this happen with all songs from System Of A Down? Or just with specific songs or albums? Should it be with all tracks, it's worth double-checking if the artist is allowed to play. To check this, open the artist page > click the 3 dots > select Allow this artist to play. Keep in mind the Allow option should only appear if the artist is already set to Don't play this artist.

 

Another option, if this happens with specific tracks only, is to clear stored cache. Make sure to log out from the app and back in again once it's done, as it'll resync your account info.

 

Should the behavior persist, however, can you let us know if you've noticed if this occurs with albums you have tried downloading for offline listening, or if are the tracks with the exclamation mark might be local files? It would also be great if you could send us a link to the track(s) you have issues with, so we can have a look as well.

 

If possible, you can try playing the tracks from another device too, just to see if it behaves in the same way there.

I tried to listen the band system of a down and for some reason I can't but other like slipknot or any other band I can hear i reinstalled the it didn't fix it

I'm writing you from Astana, Kazakhstan. A few hours ago, the "Toxicity" album by System Of A Down suddenly became unavailable on Spotify - both for me and my friends. Only some singles from the album are still playable. Even the downloaded versions of songs won't play offline.
Do you know it this is a regional ban or just a temporary bug? Really hoping it's the latter ^^

We've checked on our end and can confirm that the album should be available in your country. Can you try accessing it through this link?

 

If it doesn't work, send us a few screenshots of how things look on your end and try some troubleshooting like logging out and back in, clean reinstalling the app and checking on a different device or the web player.
