MCan’t play Rolling Stones songs — account-speciusic missing or unavailable

MCan’t play Rolling Stones songs — account-speciusic missing or unavailable



Hi, I’m based in New Zealand and have a Premium account. I can search for and see The Rolling Stones' official artist page and albums, but when I press play on any of their tracks (like "Paint It Black"), a completely unrelated song plays instead.

My friends in the same region can play these tracks normally. I’ve tested on multiple devices and browsers, and cleared cache, reinstalled the app, confirmed country settings, etc. Same result.

This seems to be an account-specific issue. Can you investigate and reset any restrictions or glitches affecting playback of Rolling Stones songs on my account?

Hey,

 

Thanks for reaching out and kudos for the troubleshooting you've already tried.

 

As a next step, can you open the artist's profile on mobile and check from the 3-dot menu whether "Don't play this artist" has been enabled? If it wasn't try selecting it and disabling it again. 

 

If that doesn't help, try adding one of their tracks to a playlist and see if it plays there.
