When looking for a specific song I couldn't find it anywhere but a playlist with songs that are "unplayable on this device."  Confused on what this means,  (I'm on phone) any information is appreciated.

Unfortunately, the music you are referring to may have been removed from the platforms at the request of the owners of the works. And in that case, there's not much you can do, only they can publish that song again. Sorry I can't help beyond that point...
