Missing "Switch to Video" button on my Premium account (iPhone & Google TV)

Hello Spotify Team,
I can't find the "Switch to video" button to play music videos on my Premium account. This happens both in the Spotify app on my iPhone and when using Spotify Connect with my Google TV.
A friend, using their Premium account on my same Google TV, was able to see and use this button without issues. This suggests the feature is available on the device and in my location.
I've already checked:
Subscription: My account is Premium and active.
Songs: I've tried songs I know have videos available (my friend saw them).
Apps updated: Spotify is updated to the latest version on my iPhone and Google TV.
Settings: "Canvas" (and other video-related options) are enabled in my mobile app

I’ve encountered the same issue myself.

I contacted Spotify Customer Support and received the following response. Please use it as a reference:

 

Thank you for checking.

Based on this investigation, it appears that the issue is caused by ongoing feature improvements and testing related to the Music Video functionality.

As a result, your account may be displaying a different screen compared to other users.

Please note that the Music Video feature may be temporarily unavailable or have limited functionality at times. Thank you for your understanding.

If your Premium account does not show the Switch to video button but your friend sees it on the same device your account may not have the feature yet. Spotify rolls out features slowly. Try logging out and back in.
