My Question or Issue

Everyone around me has the music video feature, but for some reason I have never received it. I don’t know anybody in the Netherlands who also has not received this feature yet. Does anybody know a solution or a reason why?

Thanks again for your bringing your feedback to the Spotify Community.

 

It's possible that your account still hasn't received this feature since it hasn't fully rolled out to all users.

 

However, as a workaround, if you would like to be able to use this feature now, you can try creating a new Spotify account and seeing if the "Switch to video" button is available. If so, you can learn how to transfer the content from your previous account to the new one here.

Thanks for reaching out! I’ll do my best to help.

 

Spotify often rolls out new features gradually, so it’s possible that others have access to something that hasn’t reached your account just yet. Make sure your Spotify app is up to date so you’re ready when the feature becomes available. You can learn how to keep your app updated here.

but my app is updated and it feels like everyone has had this feature for years. Do you know how long it takes until Spotify rolls this feature out for everybody. Because like I said everyone around me has the feature but for me. It feels like I am supposed to have it but for some reason I don’t.
