Offline music download

Hi,

how come the music that says it downloads will not download? How come it will not let me listen to everything online and how can I fix this?

Your internet may be very poor, or you are very low on storage. There might be another reason but that's all I can think of.

Some songs eventually get taken down on spotify (in a different thread), that could be one of th e reasons, if your playlist is very large then it could be to do with phone storage or that you are downloading a large playlist in one so errors may occur, try creating smaller playlists up to about 30 songs

Are you on Spotify Premium? If not, upgrading to Spotify Premium will allow you to enjoy whatever track you want to listen via any Spotify interface (desktop, web or app). Another benefit is a Premium subscription allows you to download songs for offline listening.

1. Are you using Wifi or data for downloading? If using data, maybe the option for "download using cellular" is off. It is in your setting

2. Have you reached to maximum 3333 offline files?

3. Do you have enough storage? If not you can change your storage to external or you can delete cache so you get more storage. Again go to the setting.
