My Question or Issue

Hello! I used to listen to french learning podcasts on spotify a few months ago and decided to revisit it, but when I searched for podcasts, several of them, none appeared. Then I also noticed the podcasts section in the app and web version are both completely gone. I asked my friend from Austria if he was also experiencing it and his podcasts were still available. I tried a complete clean reinstall of the app but did not seem to have effect. Were podcasts taken down here for some reason, or what could the issue be caused by?

Yes! I created a free account and the podcasts do appear there.

It seems like there might be an issue with your original account. The best thing to do in such cases is to transfer your Library to the new account. You can follow the steps described in this account transfer Guide.

I understand. I have a premium subscription on my original account. Is there a way to transfer it?

Hey @q_v2-ucgm11,

 

Unfortunately there is no way to transfer the subscription directly, as it's a for of contract linked to the specific account.

 

What you can do is cancel your active subscription, wait until the premium time runs out and re-subscribe on the new account.
