My Question or Issue

Hi! I have a problem with "recently listened artists" option. I want that my playlists can be seen publicly.

I turn it on that option, but automatically turns it off.

What can I do to fix this problem?

Thank you!

Hey @user-removed,

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community.

Based on the description of your post we can't fully understand what the exact issue is. Could you please clarify a bit more with which Spotify feature you're having difficulties - Recently Played or your playlists privacy?

If the issue is with playlist privacy and what appears on your account - it'd be great if you can check whether your playlists are added to your profile .The easiest way to do is that by opening the playlist on the Desktop app. If you see the option "Add to Profile" when you open the settings for a playlist, this means it is currently private and that's the reason why it's not visible to other users.

More information about Playlist privacy you can find in this Support Article.

If the above is not the case, we'd like to see some screenshots of what you're referring to and we'd highly appreciate it if you share some with us. This way we can get a better understanding and advise you further.

Hope this helps. If anything else comes up, the Community will be here for you 🙂
