Same audio file plays different volume/quality on different albums

Hi All

I'm posting here, as I've not had a reply from my emails.

I'm an artist on Spotify: my artist name is jh. I recently had an album released called 'Morning Sun'. There's a track on it called 'In Ascension'. It's identical on its parent album "Truth & B******t".

When playing on Spotify free version, there is a vast difference in volume between the two versions. However when on the 'paid for' Spotify, they both seem the same, so it can't be the file.

What's weird is that the other tracks sound the same to the ones on their 'parent' albums, it just seems to be this one, and only when on the free Spotify. Obviously I'd like any punters to hear it in all its glory!

ANY ideas whatsoever are welcomed.
