Songs with special characters never appearing in "on repeat" playlist

I've noticed that whenever I play songs repeatedly which have special characters in them (in my case Ä and ł) the songs do not show up in the "On repeat" playlist, even though I play them frequently enough to warrant a spot in that list. 

It happens when there are special characters in the song title as well as the artist name. Two example songs:

Does anyone else have this issue?

I checked my On Repeat playlist, but mine does include some songs and artist names with special characters such as ü, for example. Did you listen to the examples you sent before or after the playlist's last update? Can you also confirm if it updates regularly? 

I'd recommend going for a clean reinstall of the app just to remove any damaged cache and to keep listening to these tracks and monitoring the playlist in the following weeks to see if they show up.

I update regularly and I listen on 3 different devices, yet it keeps to consistently ignore adding these to my "on repeat" tracklist. I will try a full reinstall of the app and see if that makes a difference. Thank you!
