Spotify Wrapped 2021 won't show

My Question or Issue

Hello! Why won't my Wrapped 2021 show. It only shows this screen and nothing else about my stats. Attatched is the screenshot. Thank you!

This worked for me. iPhone.

- Open Spotify. In the app's settings (you can access them by going to Home and then tapping the gear icon in the top right corner), tap Storage then Delete Cache.

- Head to your device's Settings, then tap General.

- Tap iPhone Storage.

- Select Spotify from the list of apps.

- Tap Offload the app and confirm. This will delete app but its documents data will be kept.

- Then tap Delete App and confirm. This action should delete any leftover documents and data.

- Once the app is deleted, press and hold the Side/Top button and either volume button until the power off slider appears.

- Drag the slider to turn your device completely off.

- After your device turns off, wait a couple of minutes.

- Press and hold the Top (or Side) button again until the display turns on.

- Switch your device back on and install Spotify from the App Store.

My Question or Issue

I am not able to see my Spotify Wrapped banner stories. I can only see the playlists. Not able to see the minutes listened etc.

I can't share mine either. Only difference is, when I posted my playlist in Slack it shows some playlist w songs I've never even listened to. I'm logged in and my acct is current, but wasnt my playlist. Hot garbage! 😞

My usage was high, 32,500 mins. But it didn’t show until I went through the steps above. 

Try support messaging. Once you get past the bot a real person will chat and help to resolve issues. Takes a bit of time, but could be worth it.

Me too. But after delete all data then the app and reinstall it just turned up. Use support chat. They will help talk you through it.

This is happening to me too, 

pixel 4xl on android 11. 

I have cleared cache, cleared data uninstalled and reinstalled. 

I have also tried this on the windows app (no luck still only get "your artists revealed")

support said that it is a known issue and they are working on fixing it. i guess we just wait?

Thanks. The wrapped stories is only available on the mobile app.
Our technical team is aware of this issue and currently working on a fix.

My wrapped wasn't loading. It was appearing an error message. Then I uninstalled the app and installed again twice. I logged out and logged in many times.

The wrapped started to appear, but when it is loading then the app crashes and restart by itself.

Sometimes the music started and when it crashed and I tried to enter again, another different song was appearing in the first banner everytime I entered. But, I can't see everything. It always crashes before the end. I can't pass from the 4th banner. And if I let the wrapped load without passing it bymyself, it doesn't show even the 2nd banner. I can't see the end of the banners and what the messages are.

Spotify wrapped didn’t generate for my profile.

went through the steps delineated above, deleted and reinstalled app multiple times, got an email (attached) saying it was ready but nothing generated in it, I have been receiving Spotify wrapped every year since it came out, premium user since 2015/16, I listen at least once a week for this entire year. Idk, did I forget anything? 

I thought it would pop up after Dec 1st but nothing.

If spotify did not give your a 2021 wrapped up that is because you are not a musical person.

Hi everybody, any news for Wrapped 2021 missing? The support told me that it is a known problem, but no recent app update has solved it. The procedure written here did not work unfortunately 😞
