Spotify on stage Thailand

I've purchased the pre-sale ticket for spotify on stage thailand concert. The payment went through, it even says that i already bought the ticket but I have not recieve any comfirmation email. Is there other way to check for the ticket and how do you even recieve the ticket. Is it at the event itself or I have to pick it up somewhere.

ps. My friends also bought the ticket and non of us get the confirmation email.
