Spotify — Press Inquiries page isn't working. I'm a reporter on deadline. Do you have another way of reaching out. An email address? Thanks!

Thanks for reaching out. 

 

We've checked from our end and the page seems to work fine. If you're still having issues with it, we'd recommend giving it a try using a different device or another network. This is the most appropriate way to get in touch with the right team, so we can't provide an email address or any other contact details. 

 

Hope this sheds some light on the matter. The Community will be here if anything else comes up.

I'm also a reporter on deadline trying to get in contact and it isn't working for me either. I've tried using multiple devices, browsers and networks, and I get the same issue every time. I click submit and a loading icon pops up and spins around forever and my inquiry never actually submits.

Welcome to the Community and thank you for joining the thread. 

 

To continue investigating this behavior, would you mind checking if this happens as well using an Incognito/Private window on your browser?

 

Also, if you're using any VPN connection, we'd recommend turning it off during the process to see if it makes any difference. 

 

Lastly and if possible, could any of you record a short video where we can take a better look to report it internally? You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert Video option in the post editor making sure to mask any private/personal info. You can also upload it to YouTube or Google Drive and share the link with us (make sure the video has the permissions for anyone to watch it).

 

We'll be on the lookout.

Here you go. It still happens in incognito/private windows and I'm not using a vpn
