"The other person in the plan will immediately lose access to Premium Duo."

Whether switch plan to Family ( currently Duo ) other person, data can be recovered, after it has been added back ?

Thanks for reaching out to us and welcome to the Community 🙂

 

When you switch to Premium for Family, the account of the member of the previous subscription will revert to free service. Then you can invite them to Premium for Family. 

 

No worries. The subscription doesn't affect the saved content. They can still enjoy their favorite jams.

 

Tip: Keep in mind that Premium Family members can switch plans once in 12 months.
