Takedown notification for playlist not breaching T&C’s?

My playlist 80’s, 90’s and 00 bangers was created for personal use. It has somehow amassed 34.6k followers. Last week I had a person who claims to be “in the music industry” find me by stalking my personal private Instagram account, he messaged me asking to “buy” my playlist. I didn’t reply and just blocked him. Today I have received a takedown notification by Spotify where the title and description of my personal playlist was removed. It doesn’t not breach any T&C’s so I re-added the old title and description. It got taken down AGAIN in the past hour. I believe the person who STALKED me on Instagram may be falsely reporting my playlist. I’ve a screenshot of messages from this person. Can someone please help? I love this playlist.
