Tells me to connect to internet when im clearly connected.

I'm very frustrated that spotify has no way to contact them so I'll try here. I am trying to update my playlist yet I go to search and wont bring up anything other than things I've already downloaded. If i click o nvm an old search it says your offline please connect to the internet....IM ON WIFI. I already checked every setting available.

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?
