and also all songs from that album is completely not available. Country block is not a real point, in my opinion. I just wonder WHY? I am big fan on Animusic, and delighted that has been uploaded in 2022(just feel like recent upload??).

It's a weird case, but not uncommon. The availability of music on Spotify is up to the artists and their music label.

If the music is unavailable, the artist or their music label may have decided to not make it available in Spotify.
