Unfiltered streams should be eliminated

Unfiltered streams only appear on the artist's page. Since filtered streams are what matter in the charts, what's the point of unfiltered streams? Some people take advantage of this by putting songs on repeat to artificially increase the unfiltered stream counts. A song with 1 billion unfiltered streams might have only 400 million or fewer filtered streams. As a result of this fraudulent method, such songs appear as if they are highly popular and frequently listened to. They even receive plaques from Spotify.
