What is counted as fraudly streamed

Hello Spotify Community!

I was thinking about if it is allowed to use third party music distrubution services to upload your own music and then listen to them yourself and gain money out of it.

I have a few friends that is doing it, they are uploading short songs and then listens to them on their laptop, phone, computer and ipad to gain as many streams and then get paid a lot of money by these third party services.

They have not been caught and they have reached quite high stream numbers on their songs.

Is this allowed?
