Where is 10 Years - "Miscellanea"?

Was available up until about a week ago. Says 35 other regions (not the US though) still have the album available. BS that this keeps happening.

Any knowledge of the status of this album and if it will be back available soon?

I had saved the whole album, but it's not available to me anymore. 

I have the CD, but in Spotify I don't "import" my music for a reason. Whenever I've run into this problem with anything, Spotify Cares says "import it" but that's not part of why I use Spotify in the first place. 

Why isn't this album available in the US now? A good answer would be highly appreciated.
