Is Beyoncé the only artist you're experiencing this issue with? If so, you might have accidentally blocked her. To undo this, open her artist profile and tap the three dots menu > Allow to play this artist.
In case the issue persists, could you let us know if all of her albums are affected or just specific ones? If you haven't already, try logging out and signing back in a couple of times to force a resync of the app. It's also worth checking if you'd be able to play her music from your account on another device.
