Why do I get ads when Iam listening to music?

I listen to sleep music to go to sleep by.After a few minutes I get a loud ads.why?I pay for this and still get ads why?

Spotify doesn’t play ads that interrupt the music listening experience of Premium subscribers. It's possible that you've accidentally logged in to another Free account. I recommend checking out this article for more info on how to get back in your Premium one.

I am a premium user. I am identified as premium user on my account and says my next payment is due tomorrow. But for the past couple of weeks I am getting ads while listening to music. Not podcasts, Music. What's going on? Can anyone help?

the original post is gone so I can't see your response. you posted in the Apple forum, but I have an Android phone (Samsung s24) not Apple.
