Why is a certain song not available in my country?

Yoste's Chihiro - Color K remix isnt available. Its on YouTube and SoundCloud but not Spotify. Its the better version of the song so I'm just curious.

Hey there, glad you asked!

The reason why you might not be able to see/stream/download certain songs/albums is because of how the rights are managed by their label like VEVO (just an example in this case). It is only up to them to make content available in countries and regions or take it down. It is not up to Spotify to change this, unfortunately. Hope that clears some things up.
