Wrongly tagged artists showing in Radar

Starting to get a bit peeved off with this and the more I look in to it I think it's done deliberately and it's not a mistake.

I follow the artist James - https://open.spotify.com/artist/0qLNsNKm8bQcMoRFkR8Hmh?si=m5bHcM1mRXOuJjcvlW_LKg.

However in my playlist is a song 6 minutes long by some unknown artist also named James but when you click on the songwriting credits it's by someone called Saadi Chowdhury. Even the banner on the release radar is the real James's album artwork to show it's a song by them but obviously it's not. It's happening all the time.
