You can request that Spotify "reset" your preferences so that it starts from scratch, preventing corrupted data from affecting you further.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome.

At the moment, Spotify doesn't have an option to reset the taste profile. Currently, the only way to restart your taste profile is by creating a new account with different credentials. 

So in this case, since a similar idea has already been posted in our Ideas exchange board, we'd recommend adding your vote to it here to show your support for it. We'd also recommend checking its status for more info.
