albums appear in web search as spotify page but do not appear in premium app

I have a premium plan in the USA; i use Windows 11 and iphone. Sometimes i cannot find an album i am looking for in the Spotify app. But when i search that album on the web, a lead result is a Spotify page showing the album, with a complete track listing and accurate copyright date. Why won't this page appear in the app as well?

The most recent example is the 2008 album Traffic by the band ABC.

The availability of music on Spotify is up to the artists and their music label. If the album is not available in your market, it may not appear in the search results.

If the music is unavailable, the artist or their music label may have decided to not make it available in Spotify.
