i cant submit ideas anymore, how do i fix this

i got a problem with something specific on spotify & i really need it fixed, i really wanna post my idea to fix it but now it wont let me probably cuz i posted too many, how can i get it so i can submit ideas again, do i create a new account or whatever

if i try to submit an idea i see a red box that says access denied but it wont tell me why so here i am

Try to post it using this link: Idea Submissions.

Just be sure to check out if the idea is already there. If it's not, submit it after reading the idea submission guidelines. 🙂
