my spotify service hasnt ended yet, and im getting ads during a period i payed for.

Can you let me know where you’re seeing/hearing these ads (during a song playback, or podcasts)? You can also send me a screenshot of what you’re seeing. Make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community.
