new update to edit cover art/description HELP!!!

So Spotify got a new update so that you can change the album art and description of your own playlists and I have been wanting to make a new account to change my username for a while, so I decided now would be a good time to do it and add cover art and descriptions for all my playlists once I move them to my new account. When I'm on my old account, it will let me edit, but on my new account it won't. I have tried pretty much everything- logging out, quittting and restrating spotify, even re-downloading the app (all on my mac computer) entirely. I need help ASAP!!!!!

Hello:

I did some checking around, the Playlist cover art option is available to select Spotify Insider users, Rock Stars who help out around the community, and a small selection of random Spotify user accounts for testing purposes. What I will do is escalate your post for you and see if a Spotify dev can help you out here and what maybe can be done for you in regards to this.

Thanks so much for this!!! I was so confused but it's good to finally have
an answer, all i wanted to do was switch my playlists over to my new
account and still be able to edit so hopefully this will be taken care of
very soon! Thanks so much again!
