Сan't install Spotify on Linux Mint

Is anyone else having a similar problem? The Spotify app started working poorly, I uninstalled it, and now it won't install and gives an error:

Same on Gentoo. It attempts downloading from the same URL.

https://repository.spotify.com/pool/non-free/s/spotify-client/ renders properly and links the `.deb` files. However, they aren't there. It seems like the web server has been misconfigured, breaking the repository.

What will Spotify representatives say?
