Add support for Google ChromeCast

Hello, 

At work, i want use spotify. But my laptop (on windows 7) was connected in my work domain. and i used a proxy for internet.

But to have internet in my laptop, the network administrator give me a proxy link for my browser settings.

it a link ith a pac file.

I open this file and there are a lot of lines with a lot of ip adress !!!

Could you explain me how to set spotify  parameters with this pac file ?
